Browzine is now integrated into the Tufts Library Catalog. Browzine makes browsing journals a little easier and has features like creating your own bookshelf, saving articles for off-line reading, notification service, and a mobile app.
Browzine can be used independently of the Tufts Library Catalog and on a variety of devices (more information). NOTE: Not all of our journals are included in Browzine.
Two new electronic journals were added in 2018: Companion animal and Livestock. The most recent four years of each journal are available.
Tufts Libraries have two journal-specific mobile apps. Browzine and Read by QxMD let you view and browse journals from your tablet or mobile device. Browzine is designed for Apple and Android devices, but also has a web browser version. Read by QxMD is similar to Browzine, but specifically for medical and scientific research. Thanks to a combined library effort, Tufts University now has access to the Journal of Visualized Experiments (JoVE), a peer reviewed, PubMed indexed journal devoted to the publication of biological, medical, chemical and physical research in a video format.
